The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Shane L. Hodges, 19, of Leopold, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and protective custody violation.

Arrests

• A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of forgery.
• David E. Penny, 19, of 1601 N. Spanish St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
• Jennifer L. Camp, 25, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• Anthony L. Wilkins, 22, of 529 Olive St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Summonses

• Isaac S. Johnson, 22, of Sikeston, Mo., received a summons for fireworks violation.
• Ronnie W. Preyer, 45, of 123 Clark Ave., Apt. 5, received a summons for property damage.
• Timothy M. Huber, 19, of Jackson received a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

Thefts

• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline theft.
• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline theft.
• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline theft.
• A bicycle was reported stolen from 1428 Price Drive.
• Sodas and a truck key remote were reported stolen from 1029 West Mount Drive.
• West Park Mall, 3049 William St., reported copper stolen.

Property damage

• A window was reported broken at 1007 S. Ellis St.
• VIP Industries, 1310 Southern Expressway, reported damaged aluminum siding.
• A door was reported damaged at 806 Themis St., Apt. 10.
• Doors and a window were reported damaged at 1833 Scott St.
• Vehicle damage was reported at 3423 Old Hopper Road.

Miscellaneous

• Missouri license plate 8BE16B was reported lost.
• A 27-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
• A wallet was reported found.
• Miscellaneous cards were reported found.
• A 26-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• A 37-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• Harassment was reported.
• A 36-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• An ex parte violation was reported.
• A 33-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• A purple bicycle was reported found at 300 Kiwanis Drive.

• Connie Scott, 48, of Union, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on right half of roadway.
• Sherry J. Moore, 36, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on right half of roadway.

Arrests

• John Short, 72, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on right half of the roadway.
• Eric J. Fightmaster, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
• Marilyn Cook, 68, of Linden, Ala., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
