* Brandon L. Joyce, 17, 1903 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court for a seat-belt violation.
* Leander West, 21, of Cairo Ill., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Justin Wayne Gaspard, 17, 1027 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported theft of gasoline.
* Jewelry, a CD and CD case were reported stolen at 2436 Glenridge Drive.
* A phone was reported stolen at 125 N. Clark Ave.
* A GPS unit was reported stolen at 1934 Garret Drive.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 1929 Garret Drive.
* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported theft of gasoline.
* A burglary and the theft of money were reported at 1725 Montgomery St.
* A burglary and the theft of jewelry and coins were reported at 2309 Earline Drive.
* A burglary was reported at 430 Sheridan Drive. Nothing was reported taken.
* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 341 S. Ellis St.
* A 61-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Michael E. Winchester, 23, 407 East Lane, Apt. 201, was arrested on suspicion of felonious restraint, assault and peace disturbance.
* Robert T. King, 19, 930 E. Main St., Apt. 6, was issued a summons for driving with a suspended license.
* A theft was reported in the 900 block of Greensferry Road.
* A theft was reported in the 900 block of Shady Lane.
* Property damage was reported in the 1400 block of Watson Drive.
* Soliciting was reported in the area of Otto Drive.
* A court order violation was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
