* Kevin R. Jackson, 23, 2849 Themis St., Apt. B5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for parking ticket.
* A subject was arrested pending charges for domestic assault.
* Torress R. Baker, 27, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court for liquor violations.
* A subject was arrested pending charges for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* A subject was arrested pending charges for false declaration and interfering with arrest.
* Dwaun T. Thiehle, 24, 1713 Montgomery St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, assault and property damage.
* Holly S. Forbes, 32, 2640 Hopper Road, Apt. 19, was issued a summons for noise violation.
* Allison R. Lanpher, 32, 616 Sycamore Circle, was issued a summons for a leash law violation.
* Katherine Aime, 22, 423 S. Frederick St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation, animal bite and no tags.
* Frederick W. Thilking, 29, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of a parole violation.
* Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported a theft of fuel.
* A theft was reported.
* Cigarettes were reported stolen at 1843 Niemann Drive.
* A GPS unit was reported stolen at 1432 Themis St.
* An EBT card was reported stolen at 1218 William St.
* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of alcohol and phone card.
* Two girls were cited in juvenile court for stealing.
* American Family Insurance, 2552 Independence St., reported a burglary. Money was reported stolen.
* Fraud was reported.
* Counterfeiting was reported.
* An animal bite was reported.
* Club Moxy, 107 N. Main St., reported a counterfeiting incident.
The Jackson Police Department released the following item.
* A peace disturbance was reported on Farmington Road and Donna Lane.
