The Cape Girardeau police department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Jeremy M. Garner, 25, 308 W. Lorimier St., Apt. 309, was arrested on suspicion of obstructing traffic, driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests

  • Jerime A. Atchley, 30, 149 Windy Point, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Miquel A Santiago, 35, 215 Henderson St., Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of forgery, no operator's license and no insurance.
  • Rae A. Kirkpatrick, 31, 404 Greensferry Road, was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court.
  • Charles A. White II, 22, 1015 S. Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Allen E. Irons, 25, 541 S. Hanover St., Apt. 31, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for identity theft, forgery, improper lane usage, no operator's license, no registration and no insurance.
  • Felipe Santiago, 34, 215 N. Henderson St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no license, driving while intoxicated.
  • Felix M. Gonzalez, 32, 210 N. Benton St., Apt. 4, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license and stop sign violation.

Summonses

  • Anthony M. Matyasozky, 40, 1200 N. Main St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash and litter.
  • Solomon D. Abraham, 27, 10 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

Thefts

  • Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 1966 Randol St.
  • Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 1306 Gina St.
  • Jaspers, 1008 N. Kings¿high¿way, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Theft of a check, USB cord and cigarettes was reported at 1413 Brookshire Road. Vehicle damage was reported in connection with this incident.

  • Terry R. Seabaugh, 42, 222 Ohio St., was arrested for driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Theft

  • A theft was reported in the 200 block of North Shawnee Boulevard.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 1500 block of Kimbeland Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Cherokee Street.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of North Georgia Street.
  • Tresspassing was reported on Maryland Street.
