Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Anquittas R. White, 22, of 508 Koch Ave., was arrested on a warrant for harassing communication and also arrested on suspicion of false declaration.
  • A subject was in custody pending issuance of a warrant on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest by fleeing.
  • A subject was in custody pending issuance of a warrant on suspicion of failing to report for confinement.
  • Susan M. Lowe, 31, of 428 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a warrant for driving while suspended.

Summonses

  • Kayla Edmond, 27, of 526 Cape Meadows Circle, received a summons for a leash law violation.
  • David J. Biler of Chaffee, Mo., received summonses for being a minor in possession of alcohol and prohibited acts, noise violation.

Thefts

  • Schnucks Market, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of cash. Patrick N. Stroud, 41, of 45 S. West End Blvd., received a summons in connection with the complaint.
  • Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A book of checks was reported stolen at 28 N. Pind Wood Lane.
  • Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A CD player was reported stolen at 3269 William St.
  • A mountain bike was reported stolen at 919 N. Frederick St.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at 521 Louis St.
  • A door was reported damaged at 424 S. Pacific St.
  • A car windshield was repored damaged at 132 N. Main St.

  • Trespassing was reported at 901 Hackberry St.
  • A man was taken into protective custody.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Thefts

  • A theft from a motor vehicle was reported in the 2400 block of Lakeshore Drive.
  • A theft was reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street.

Property damage

  • Vandalism was reported in the 1100 block of K Land Drive.
  • Vandalism was reported in the 1800 block of Bogey Lane.

Miscellaneous

  • Trespassing was reported in the 2900 block of East Main Street.
