The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jared A. Miller, 19, 615 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on a Butler County, Mo., warrant for probation violation.

* Danielle N. Hagan, 21, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

* Courtney V. Aufdenberg, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Dominique D. Maxwell, 18, 2819 Whitener St., Apt. C5, was arrested on a warrant for parole violation.

* Josh H. Bowers, 342 Hillview St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for first-degree burglary and on a probation and parole warrant as an absconder.

* Subjects were arrested pending formal charges of forgery and making a false declaration.

* A subject was arrested pending formal charges of possession of marijuana and peace disturbance.

* A subject was arrested pending formal charges of possession of cocaine, operating a vehicle without a license and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

* Nancy Elizabeth Farmer of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for excessive growth of weeds and on a warrant for failure to appear for maintaining a nuisance property.

* Subjects were in custody pending formal charges in connection with a burglary, theft and the receiving of stolen property.

Summons

* Vonna J. Reynolds, 61, 1500 Whitener St., was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

Assault

* A subject was arrested pending formal charges for assault, resisting and interfering with an arrest.

* A subject was arrested pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Second-degree assault and armed criminal action were reported at 1701 Lacey St.

Thefts

* Macy's, 3049 William St., reported a theft of clothing. Tina M. Franklin, 20, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

* A GPS unit and cell phone charger were reported stolen at 1700 Bloomfield St.

* Money was reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* A GPS unit was reported stolen at 1600 N. Main Street.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A weed eater was reported stolen at 74 Sheridan Drive.

* A DVD player, a cigarette case and CDs were reported stolen at 2849 Themis St.

* A mailbox was reported stolen at 2234 Earleen Drive.

* A purse, camera, credit cards, debit cards and money were reported stolen at 2717 Peach Tree St.

* A subject was arrested pending formal charges of stealing.

* A burglary was reported at 1407 Mary Ann St. Nothing was reported stolen.

* A burglary was reported at 1835 Good Hope St. A laptop computer, power cord, cell phone and cell phone charger were reported stolen.

* A burglary was reported at 31 S. Lorimier St. Two external hard drives, a flat screen television and a digital camera were reported stolen.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 307 N. Louisiana Ave.

Miscellaneous

* An animal bite was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and identity theft were reported at 1256 Linden St.

* A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A violation of an order of protection was reported.

* A 41-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* An ex parte violation was reported at 64 S. Plaza Way.

* A man, no age given, was taken into protective custody.

* An ex parte violation was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
