Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Frazier B. Bankhead, 42, 1403 Pemiscot St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court.

* Alexander K. Walker, 24, 1528 N. Water St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.

* Kyle W. Eaton, 18, 3102 Westfield Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and failure to use a signal.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1710 N. Sprigg St.

* A radar detector was reported stolen at 314 S. Lake St.

* Tools were reported stolen at 80 S. Plaza Way.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 3115 Laurel Lane.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 611 Woodbine Place.

Burglary

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 700 block of Dallas Street.

* A theft was reported in the 2800 block of South Hope Street.

* A theft was reported in the area of East Lane.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of August Street.

Miscellaneous

* Fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Harassment was reported in the 1000 block of Royal Drive.

* Harassment was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.

* A peace disturbance in the 100 block of North Union Avenue.
