Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Cory L. Shannon, 29, 1004 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Foristell, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for failure to appear for driving while suspended.
- Keiven S. Cole, 23, 1553 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of hindering prosecution and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.
- David E. Nolen, 42, 235 N. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
- Nicholas Minor, 39, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
- Kiysha M. Venson, 29, 417 Marroseann Drive, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for speeding, no seat belt and having no operator's license.
- Bobby J. Hastings, 18, 537 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
- Terrvell K. Williams, 23, 140 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for possession of cocaine and driving while revoked.
- A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges for possession of an imitation controlled substance.
- Jermen J. Rudd, 21, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 2849 Themis St.
- Donzell M. Reed, 17, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and stealing at the intersection of Silver Springs Road and Highway 74.
- Demontray L. Blair, 29, 915 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and resisting arrest.
Thefts
- Kidd's, 1325 Broadway, reported a theft of fuel.
- Johnson Insurance, 6 N. Clark Ave., reported concrete flower boxes stolen.
Burglary
- An attempted burglary was reported at 805 William St. A door and doorframe were reported damaged.
Property damage
n Armor Mini Storage, 1678 Kings¿way Drive, reported a retaining wall damaged.
- A vehicle window was reported broken at 100 S. Minnesota Ave.
Miscellaneous
n Possession of drug paraphernalia was reported.
- A moped was reported found.
- A 46-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department.
Theft
- A theft was reported in the area of West Jackson Boulevard and West Adams Street.
Burglary
- A burglary was reported in the 400 block of Elm Street.

- A keep the peace call was received from the 1300 block of Brandom Street.
- A request to check the welfare was received from the 300 block of North Ohio Street.
- Harassment was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
- A disorderly conduct disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.
