Cape Girardeau County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

n Jason S. Jones, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Missouri Probation & Parole warrant for probation violation for dangerous drugs.

n Rusty E. Cureton, 39, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.

n Stephen D. McGhee, 59, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

n Megan E. Hengst, 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for forged checks and a Cape Girardeau Police Department warrant for failure to appear for animal at large.

n John C. Mitchell, 46, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, failure to display plates and failure to main financial responsibility.

n Konita R. Osler, 46, of Charleston was arrested on a Dexter Police Department warrant for expired registration and no insurance.

n Thomas M. Haynes, 30, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of violation order of protection.

n Zachary C. Amschler, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

n James R. Levins, 41, of Thebes, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence, two Perry County warrants for failure to appear for two counts moving traffic and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no license and no seatbelt.

n Dylan R. Caudill, 21 of Chaffee was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and failure to register motor vehicle.

n Kelsey N. McMahon, 36, of Oak ridge was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of burglary tools.

n Jeffery D. Murry, 38, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of burglary tools and operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license.

n Henry R. Chamberlain, 27, of Advance was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

n Alesia M. Ware, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two Scott City Police Department warrants for failure to appear for speeding and failure to appear for no insurance.

n Stephanie R. Holt, 44, of Bell City was arrested on a Chaffee Police Department warrant for failure to appear for expired plates.

DWI

n Jordan R Oxford, 32, of McClure, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
