DWI

  • Jarell Gingles, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failing to maintain a single lane, not wearing a seat belt and having no insurance.

Arrests

  • Evan Johnson was arrested on a warrant for absconding from parole.
  • Tony Frymire, of 834 Route V, was arrested on suspicion of soliciting.

Assault

  • An assault was reported at the intersection of Main and Themis streets.

Thefts

  • Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.
  • An air conditioner was reported stolen at 1401 N. West End Blvd.

Burglary

  • A burglary and arson were reported at 402 Chesley Drive.

Property damage

  • Windows were reported broken at 9 Village Drive.
