  • Wayne E. Heckrotte, of 45 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving with revoked and improper registration.

Arrests

  • Bryan J. Mattingly, 36, of 2700 Pioneer St., Lot 177, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
  • Christine E. Beardslee, 28, 2437 County Road 401, Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
  • Christopher M. Johnston, 22, of 531 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 6, was arrested on a state warrant for probation violation.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges for suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance, exceeded speed limit and no seat belt
  • Tamesha L. Jefferson, 26, of 15 Village Drive, Apt. 34, was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts. Angela S. Luttrell, of 316 East Lane, Jackson, received a summons in connection with the complaint.
  • A suspect is in custody pending filing of formal charges for suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
  • Suspects are in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Johnie L. Morse, 21, of 85 Berryville Road, Jonesboro, Ill., was arrested on a Clay County warrant for probation violation.
  • New Beginnings Church, 1024 William St., reported trespassing. Ricky D. Turner, 43, of 1438 Jonesboro South, Apt. 127, Jonesboro, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing in connection with the complaint. Jacquelin Brand, 41, of 431 Olive St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing in connection with the complaint.
  • Derrick C. Clark, 24, of R.R. 1, Box 133, Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of distribution of a controlled substance and speeding.
  • Antonio R. Johnson, 28, of 316 E. Lane, Apt. 1, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
  • Amy M. Howell, 32, of 508 S. Water St., Jonesboro, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of forgery and trespassing.
  • Johnie L. Morse, 21, of 85 Berryville Road, Jonesboro, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance.
  • A 13-year-old boy was cited in juvenile court for suspicion of being a runaway, tampering and no operator's license.

Summonses

  • Kayla E. DeMalle, 17, of 1822 Good Hope St., received a summons for prohibited acts.
  • Timothy M. Huber, 19, of 190 Palmetto Drive, Jackson, received a summons for prohibited acts.
  • Daniel D. McBrant, 27, of 197 Cotton St., Jackson, received a summons for prohibited acts and driving without a license.

Thefts

  • Cash was reported stolen from 945 East Rodney Drive.
  • A CD player was reported stolen from 618 Boxwood Drive.
  • A radar detector and CDs were reported stolen and a motor vehicle was reported damaged at 620 Boxwood Drive.
  • Cigarettes were reported stolen and a motor vehicle was reported damaged at 2735 Chrysler Ave.
  • An iPod, transpod and iPod transmitter were reported stolen from 953 East Rodney Drive.
  • McAlister's Deli, 217 N. Kingshighway, reported counterfeit cash.
  • A bicycle was reported stolen from 741 Giboney Ave.
  • Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported toiletries and clothing stolen. Shirley D. York, 54, of 2323 Hwy. 142, Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.
  • A suspect is in custody pending filing of formal charges for forgery.
  • Rhodes 101, of 1624 N. Kings­highway, reported gasoline theft.

Property damage

  • A motor vehicle was reported damaged at 3440 Lowes Drive.
  • Motor vehicle damage and CD player damage was reported at 22 N. Park Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • A violation of the open burning restriction was reported.
  • An ex parte violation was reported.
  • Violation of a full order of protection was reported.
  • Protective custody was reported.
  • An attempted suicide was repoted.
  • A rape, kidnapping and sodomy was reported.
  • Property was reported found in the 1300 block of Good Hope Street.
  • A request for service was reported.

Miscellaneous
