The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
n Jimmy L. Simms, 44, 2081 Pear Tree Court, Apt. 5, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
- Thomas S. Eftink, 39, 932 Rodney Vista Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of DWI and operating motor vehicle without headlights.
Arrests
- Bryant T. Rodgers, 31, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
- Billy R. Humphrey, 21, 515 Washington St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended and failure to register a vehicle.
- Steven B. Morris, 20, 1547 Bel Air Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Charlesman D. Boro, 17, 1019 Village Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and no operator's license.
- Travis S. Turner, 26, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
- Omar N. Garcia, 23, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of property damage and burglary.
- Montarico C. Johnson, 28, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of an expired license plate and failure to obey a detour.
- Emily M. Schlegel, 19, 505 Timon Way, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession by consumption.
- A subject is in custody pending charges for littering.
- John H. Morgan, 26, 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive, Apt. 5, was arrested on suspicion of failure to stop for a stop sign.
- A subject is in custody pending charges for stealing.

- Shaneka N. Watkins, age not given, 221 S. Middle St., was issued a summons for failure to remove dead animals, animal neglect and failure to obtain city animal license.

- A CD player and amplifier were reported stolen at 3833 Fawn St. Vehicle damage was reported in the same incident.
Property damage
n Vehicle damage was reported at 419 Bellevue St.

- Centenary United Methodist Church, 300 N. Ellis St., reported vehicle windows broken.
