The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Anelisa Graham, 23, of 1825 Bloomfield was arrested Saturday for driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphenalia.

Arrests Walter Scott Claar, 30, of 1217 N.West End, was arrested Friday for probation violation.

Summons Latasha Faries, 26, of 620 S. Henderson, was issued a summons Friday for violation of the leash law.

Nathan Jai Themm, 20, of 801 Good Hope was issued a summons Saturday for a minor in possession.

Chauncy Hughs, 20, of 424 S. Spring, was issued a summons Friday for violating the noise ordinance.

Damon McCluney, 29, of 620 Boxwood was issued a summons Friday for violating the noise ordinance.

Travon Moore, 26, of 1933 Delwin No. 5, was issued a summons Friday for violating the noise ordinance.

Thefts A motor scooter was reported stolen Friday at 904 Fountain.
