The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Derek William Brucker, 20, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to yield and maintain one lane and leaving the scene.
* Robert Earl Jackson, 43, 419 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving with a revoked license.
* Tommy Lee Miller, 28, 807 Perry Ave., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for burglary and domestic assault and on suspicion of driving while revoked.
* Carol Ann Harmon, 41, 1302 Bloomfield St., received a summons for a leash-law violation.
* An assault was reported.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 210 Nottingham Lane.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1625 N. Kingshighway.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 200 Mason St.
* A bicycle and light were reported stolen at 105 S. West End Blvd.
* A window screen was reported cut at 404 N. West End Blvd.
* A 49-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* A 45-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* Tampering was reported.
* A 49-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
