DWI
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and consuming alcohol while driving.
* Leander West, 22, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Stephanie M. B. Shoffner, 22, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and trespassing.
* Neziah N. Wyatt, 32, 921 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for arson.
* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing jewelry at Claire's, 3409 William St.
* Sammy L. Davis, 53, 321 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* Sammy L. Cleaves Jr., 21, homeless, was arrested on three Sikeston, Mo., warrants for contempt of court.
* Clarence E. Geiger III, 21, 103 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for possession of marijuana.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of tampering.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of making a terrorist threat.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault.
* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on a warrant.
* Sharmaine Latrice Edwards, 18, 1213 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.
* Brian S. Lesar, 46, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for bad checks.
* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for interfering with an arrest and being a minor in possession of tobacco products.
* Chelsea L. Wells, 17, of Millersville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Samuel Leming McGinity, 26, 1435 N. Spanish St., received a summons for vicious animal, dog at large and leash-law violation.
* Terry Lee Wenger, 33, of St. Marys, Mo., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.
* Russell William Mackins, 22, 536 S. Pacific St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.
* Medication was reported stolen at 1241 Brenda Kay Court.
* Solar lights, a table and chairs, bird frame, gas jug, a toy lawnmower and a yard globe were reported stolen at the intersection of Emily and Benjamin courts. Shannon M. Yarbro, 23, 238 Barberry Drive, Kristen E. Taylor, 19, 115 N. Fountain St., and Tiara J. Benton, 22, 1806 William St., were arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.
* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported fuel stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported two thefts of fuel.
* A 1987 Chevy Astro Van was reported stolen at 1116 Ranney Ave.
* Clothing was reported stolen at Dollar General, 724 Broadway.
* An EBT card was reported stolen at 1900 Good Hope St.
* A credit card was reported stolen at 2855 Whitener St.
* A purse was reported stolen at 2482 Camel Back Road.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg, reported a theft of gasoline.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.
* Identity theft was reported.
* A purse was reported stolen at 1652 N. Spanish St.
* A vehicle cover was reported damaged at 250 E. Cape Rock Drive.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* An animal bite was reported at 1202 S. Ellis St.
* Open burning was reported at 1200 Giboney Avenue.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 3049 William St.
* Interference with custody was reported.
* Forgery was reported at 3415 William Street.
* Failure to report to court-ordered confinement was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* Ashley D. Jones, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and resisting and interfering with arrest.
* Richard L. Stanley, 47, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of a concealable firearm and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Anthony R. Ulrich, 53, of Jackson was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for probation violation and fraud for insufficient funds.
