The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Tamoyne Washington, 37, of Hot Springs, Ark., was arrested on suspicion of robbery.
* Steven C. McMeans, 35, 224 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary, robbery and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Jauvaris C. Walker, 19, 1930 Delwin St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* A subject was in custody pending charges of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Justin B. Rapert, 26, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for assault.
* John A. Oliver, 26, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for a suspended operator's license.
* A subject is in custody pending charges of stealing clothing and sunglasses from Walmart, 3439 William St., and trespassing.
* Annie Lee Nichole Loflin, 24, of Bertrand, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Taylor Renee Blankenship, 18, of Fruitland was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* A subject was in custody pending charges of trespassing.
* Justin Blake Rapert, 26, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for assault.
* A 15-year-old was taken into custody on suspicion of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
* An assault was reported.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 531 N. Middle St.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.
* A guitar, computer, backpack, passports, clothing and a sleeping bag were reported stolen at 3415 William St.
* Shell Dmart, 3415 William St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Credit cards were reported stolen at 3049 William St.
* Medication was reported stolen at 1565 N. Kingshighway.
* Money was reported stolen at 2852 Independence St.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported gasoline stolen.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 542 N. West End Blvd.
* A purse was reported stolen at Capaha Park.
* A cell phone and radar detector were reported stolen at 3026 William St.
* Hempies, 111 N. Main St., reported miscellaneous smoking devices stolen.
* A burglary was reported at 225 N. Ellis St.
* Unlawful possession of a concealable firearm was reported.
* Unlawful possession of a concealable firearm was reported.
* Bank of Missouri, 3427 William St., reported a counterfeit $20 bill.
* A 45-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
