Arrests

• A warrant arrest was reported on Interstate 55.
• A warrant arrest, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance were reported on North Middle Street.
• A warrant arrest was reported on North Middle Street.
• A warrant arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia were reported on Broadway.
• A warrant arrest was reported on North Kingshighway.
• A warrant arrest was reported on Shawnee Parkway.

Assault

• Fourth-degree domestic assault was reported on North Kingshighway.

Thefts

• Theft from a vehicle was reported.
• Shoplifting was reported on Independence Street.
• Theft was reported on Broadway.
• Theft from a building was reported on Golden Eagle Circle.
• Theft was reported on South Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

• Resisting/interfering with arrest, detention or stop was reported.
• Fraud was reported on Broadway.
• Knowingly burning or exploding was reported on North Frederick Street.
• Identity theft or attempted identity theft was reported on William Street.
• Domestic animal at large was reported on Charles Street.
• Leash law requirement violation was reported on Charles Street.
• Second-degree property, park curfew and resisting/interfering with arrest, detention or stop were reported on Broadway.

Arrests

n Avagail R. Nations, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of purchase or attempted purchase or possession of liquor by minor and failure to stop at stop sign.

n Stephanie B. Czarnecki, 45, of Marble Hill was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to register motor vehicle

n Amando Lorrenzo-Gabriel, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated and operating a vehicle on highway without valid license.

n Theodor J.J. Brown Jr., 45, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while revoked/suspended and failure to register motor vehicle and three Cape Girardeau Police Department warrants for three counts of stealing.

n Hunter M. Youngermann, 20, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of child pornography.

n Kelly G. Overy, 41, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and possession of dangerous drugs.

DWI

n Jerry K. Nunnally, 55, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
