Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• James A. Garrett, 45, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Summons

• Sarah Cooper, 32, of Jackson was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

Assault

• A domestic assault was reported at 213 Edgewood Drive.

Thefts

• A license plate was reported stolen at 1318 N. Kingshighway.
• Sears Grand, 330 Siemers Drive, reported rings stolen. Priscilla L. Hazlewood of Dresden, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the incident.
• Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gas.
• Best Buy Motors, 1318 N. Kings­highway, reported a dealer license plate stolen.

Property damage

• Last Call, 632 Broadway, reported a damaged front window.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Thefts

• A theft was reported in the 1000 block of North West Lane.
• A theft was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A theft was reported in the 1200 block of East Broadridge Drive.
• A theft was reported in the area of Parkview Street.

• A peace disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of Anna Street.
• Illegal dumping was reported in the 400 block of East Washington Street.
