The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Debbie Wills, 44, 1512 Bessie St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Stephanie D. Windisch, 43, 415 Rear Emerald St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and driving while suspended.

Arrests

* Karla B. Vangilder, 48,1950 Longview Drive, was arrested on suspicion of harassment.

* Dylan W. Neal, 17, 806 Hackberry St., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts and interfering with arrest.

* A 14-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothes at Macy's.

* Travis B. Wade, 50, 210 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Matthew G. Stevens, 26, 245 S. Union Ave., Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Adam Rivers, 16, 601 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on an Arnold, Mo., warrant for driving with a revoked license and two counts of failing to register a vehicle. He received a summons for driving while revoked.

* Clarance E. Geiger, 20, 901 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for property damage, contempt of court for fireworks safety and contempt of court for assault.

Summonses

* Delrease L. Barnhill, 21, 903 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for noise and prohibited acts.

* Marilyn Crowell, 18, 1041 Anna St., Jackson, received a summons for stealing.

Assaults

* Destany J. Hale, 25, of McClure, Ill., and Tyler E. Borgfield, 22, 526 S. Benton St., were arrested on suspicion of assault.

Thefts

* A white Mitsubishi Galant was reported stolen at 15 Village Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* CDs, video games and money were reported stolen at 1915 Golden Eagle Court.

* A vehicle was reported stolen at 1803 N. Kingshighway.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A broken car window and stolen money were reported at 1861 Broadway.

* A wallet and money were reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* A purse, money, a debit card and identification cards were reported stolen at 3429 William St.

Property damage

* Window tampering was reported at 1908 Brink Ave.

Miscellaneous

* A violation of a child protection order was reported.

* A minor was taken into protective custody.

* A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 23-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
