Arrests
- Crystal L. Dobbs, 31, 1915 Grandview St., was arrested on suspicion of making a fraudulent attempt to obtain a controlled substance.
- Justin B. Demolle, 17, 822 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of walking in the street when a sidewalk is provided and failure to obey a lawful order.
- Dexter S. Smith, 35, 424 S. Spring Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault, a Scott County warrant for insufficient funds and a Dunklin County warrant for failure to appear.
- Cecil M. Jenkins, 39, 224 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substances.
- Brandon C. Gregory, 19, 109 N. Pindwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of child molestation.
- Precious O. Agobe, 23, 1324 N. Sprigg St., No. 8, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Ashley N. Mackins, 25, 1405 William St., was arrested on an Alexander County warrant for failure to appear for traffic violations.
- Ryan A. Nabors, 19, 2812 Themis St., Unit C, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for stealing and possession of alcohol by a minor.

- Jared A. Rowles, 35, 1426 Themis St., was issued a summons for leash-law violation and failure to provide proof of city animal license.
- Randol A. Wilson, 49, of Laurel, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of high weeds.
- Sandra D. Sides, 61, of Florissant Mo., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of high weeds.
- Goldie M. Reed, 66, 1136 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of brush.
Thefts
- A mower was reported stolen at 20 N. Pacific St.
- A navigational system and satellite radio were reported stolen at 1974 Longview St.

- Cape Transit, 3439 William St., reported a theft of fare.
- A trailer was reported stolen at 1439 Whitener St.
- A wallet was reported stolen at 1201 Good Hope St.
- Identity theft was reported.
- A Missouri license plate, 397KXS, was reported stolen at 1429 Parkmor St.
- Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
Property damage
- Amerimart, of 865 N. Kings-highway, reported damage.

- A 35-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
