The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Jennifer J. Clardy, 31, of Mill Creek, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Leo B. Baumhardt, 53, 3020 Boutin Drive, Lot 114, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Marcus T. Primm, 26, 12 N. Middle St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and speeding.

* William J. Smith, 29, 2849 Themis St., Apt. B1, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to use headlights.

Arrests

* Tonia L. Williams, 27, 212 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 6, was arrested on two Sikeston, Mo., warrants for resisting arrest and a traffic violation.

* Cortez D. Bell, 32, 420 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a warrant for a parole violation.

* A subject was arrested pending formal charges of driving with a revoked license and speeding.

* Jose A. White, 34, 629 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a St. Louis warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject was arrested pending formal charges of stealing clothing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

Summonses

* Matthew R. Kresko, 22, of St. Louis was issued a summons for selling alcohol to a minor.

* Ryan C. Hale, 18, 2329 Kent Drive, was issued a summons for possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Chad H. Scott, 22, 1813 N. Main St., was issued a summons for indecent exposure and prohibited acts, noise.

* Jontai A. Welch, 23, 2819 Whitener St., Apt. C2, was issued a summons for interfering with an arrest, assault, driving without a seat belt, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to show proof of insurance and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

* Dennis J. Kimble, 25, 539 Cape Meadows Circle, was issued a summons for fleeing a lawful detention and driving without a license.

* Shauntel L. Roberts, 21, 317 Merriwether St., was issued a summons for trespassing and prohibited acts, noise.

* Sarah J. Hanebrink, 24, 933 William St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Assault

* Assault and trespassing were reported.

Thefts

* A wheel and tire were reported stolen at 1039 S. Ellis St.

* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 107 Clark Ave.

Burglaries

* A burglary, theft of electronics and property damage were reported at 622 Broadway.

* A burglary was reported at 915 Bloomfield St.

* A burglary was reported at 108 S. Park Ave.

* A burglary was reported at 1752 Themis St. Electronic goods, a gun, fan, computer bag, suitcase and knife were reported stolen.

Property damage

* A mailbox was reported damaged at 2315 Cape Rock Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A violation of an order of protection was reported.

* A 20-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 38-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Counterfeiting was reported at 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device and forgery were reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* A 35-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Interference with custody was reported.

* Ethnic intimidation was reported.
