Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

* Edward D. Montano, 47, 2631 Jan Drive, was arrested on suspicion of phone harassment.

* Erik M. Marshall, 30, 400 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Tonya A. Richards, 45, 1823 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

* Kenneth L. Brazel, no age given, 529 Albert St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine precursors with intent to manufacture.

* Luke T. Bible, 44, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* An iPod was reported stolen.

* A compartment door was reported damaged and a satellite radio reported stolen at 200 Farrar Drive.

* Stealing and fraudulent use of a credit device were reported at 1131 N. Kingshighway.

* Medications were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.

* An iPod and transmitter were reported stolen at 2530 William St.

Burglary

* A door was reported damaged in a burglary at 3001 Mimosa Drive.

Miscellaneous

* An ex parte violation was reported.

* Harassing phone calls were reported.

* Interference with custody was reported.

* Harassing phone calls were reported.

* An animal bite was reported at 53 Green Acres Drive.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Tommy L. Neal, 51, 3151 County Road 436, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

* Allen L. Slatton, 37, 212 Otahki Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Arrests

* Thomas C. Dobbs, 17, 206 Palmetto Circle, Lot 118, was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

* Trenton S. Weaver, 17, 2216 Shannon Court, was arrested on suspicion of failure to yield to emergency vehicle, careless and imprudent driving and speeding.

Summonses

* Paige L. Thomas, 19, 1205 Brandom St., was issued a summons for a disorderly house.

* Linsie Locklear, 20, 122 S. Bellevue St., Apt. 4, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 1400 block of Deerwood Drive.

* A theft was reported in the 900 block of Gerald Street.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 1400 block of Woodland Drive.
