  • Daniel L. Richardson, 33, 4349 Hopper Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stalking.

Thefts

  • A radio was reported stolen at 3912 Scenic Drive.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at an unknown location.
  • Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of two pieces of furniture.
  • A pistol was reported stolen at 2705 Plymouth Drive.
  • A computer, navigation system and radio faceplate were reported stolen at 1342 Rosewood Drive.
  • An Xbox 360 game, a Linx Router and a video game were reported stolen at 3023 Aspen Drive.
  • Rent-A-Center, 2136 William St., reported the theft of a PlayStation 3 and assorted video games.
  • A silver bicycle was reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 1122 Ranney Ave.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 104 S. Louisiana Ave.
  • A wallet was reported stolen at 921 Chestnut St.
  • Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.

  • A guitar was reported damaged at 22 N. Hanover St.
  • A tire was reported damaged at 105 N. Clark Ave.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Michael W. Frye, 31, 683 W. Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Pomeroy, Ohio, warrant for theft of a vehicle.
  • Richard E. Keller, 31, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of synthetic narcotics and driving while revoked.

Theft

  • A theft was reported in the 2600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Summonses

  • Angela J. Mills, 32, 283 Route Y, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.
  • Joseph S. Shuffit, 28, 515 E. Adams St., Apt. 3, was issued a summons for failure to wear a seat belt.

  • Property damage was reported in the 300 block of South Georgia Street.
