Summons

* Korby O. Steen, 26, 429 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thefts

* Wendy's, 35 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of cash.

* A check was reported stolen at 1821 Lacey St.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 2126 Independence St.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of television.

* Money was reported stolen at 1721 Cape Meadows Circle.

* A stereo face plate was reported stolen at 707 Broadway.

* Food Giant reported a theft. Brandi S. Adams, 21, 1921 N. Kingshighway, was arrested in connection with the incident.

* A theft was reported at Broadway and Frederick Street. Tyler D. Doublin, 20, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 414, was arrested in connection with the incident.

* Identity theft was reported.

Miscellaneous

* A 16-year-old boy was reported as a runaway.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Natalie D. Followell, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Identity theft was reported in the 200 block of Tracy Street.

Miscellaneous

* Indecent exposure was reported at South Shawnee Boulevard and East Main Street.

* Tampering was reported in the 800 block of East Adams Street.

* Tampering was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

* Tampering was reported in the 1200 block of Wedgewood Drive.

* Harassment was reported in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
