  • Latavia R. Flye, 21, 539 S. Spring Ave., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.
  • Harrison S. Foster, 20, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of robbery, possession of a controlled substance (methadone) and making a terrorist threat.
  • Mariann Porter, 46, 618 North St., Apt. 202, was arrested on suspicion of stealing DVDs from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges of child neglect, endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest.
  • Conkeesta Q. Johnson, 24, 411 S. Frederick St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear and a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
  • Lowell C. Milner, 26, of 32 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Loevester Hines, 19, 609 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a probation and parole warrant.
  • Kittrel E. Braselman 45, 423 S. Hanover St., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
  • Nichele J. Turner, 19, of Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
  • John D. Kiefer, 17, 304 Edgewood Road, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and no headlights.
  • A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

Summonses

  • Daniel M. Wilson, 721 West Rodney Drive, was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance.
  • Charles A. Juden Jr., 321 Springwood Lane, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

Assaults

  • A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
  • An assault and property damage were reported.
  • Burglary, assault and property damage were reported.

Thefts

  • A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 701 Good Hope St.
  • Two thefts of gasoline were reported at Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd.
  • A theft of a laptop computer was reported.
  • An iPod and video camera were reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave.
  • A drill was reported stolen at 211 Aquamsi St.
  • A theft of gasoline was reported at Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway.

  • Leonard P. Morris, 54, of Jacksonville, Ark., was arrested on Bollinger and Perry county warrants for failure to appear.
  • Richard A. Mansfield, 32, of Paragould, Ark., was arrested on an Atchinson County warrant for speeding and a Greene County, Ark., warrant for theft.
  • Devin M. Dale, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Tracy M. Welch, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of property damage and trespassing.
