Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of cocaine.

* Rodtree M. Banks, 30, 532 Landis Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary, domestic assault and stealing.

* Jamie K. Reid, 31, 3120 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Jaime M. Followell, 33. 320 Morgan St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing household goods from Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Jaymond R. Palacio, 20, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Chelsy M. Koons, 19, 2813 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing medication from Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Four boys were arrested on suspicion of violating a fireworks ordinance.

Summons

* Darek A. Folsom, 35, of Sikeston, Mo., received a summons for failure to keep property free of weeds.

Thefts

* A radar detector was reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.

* A maroon Dodge Dynasty was reported stolen at 3002 Themis St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 123 N. Main St.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* BiState, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Property damage

* A dome light on a vehicle was reported damaged on 2825 Whitener St.

* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 13 Doctors' Park.

Miscellaneous

* A 24-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
