Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault.

* Mark A. Musselman Jr., 26, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Robert L. Mosbey, 35, of Fisk, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Bricharii L. Lee, 18, 46 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of assault, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.

* Lyonel M. Heard, 39, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for dangerous drugs.

* Samantha A. L. Jaquin, 18, 752 Wedge Lane, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing from Macy's, 3049 William St.

* Codie A. Jascor, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Meshaw Daniel, 19, of Scott City was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for violating steady signal and leaving the scene of an accident.

* Theresa A. Devault, 34, 2804 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Shannon M. Woodside, 27, 2804 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Kaleigh R. Graham, 19, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing from Macy's, 3049 William St.

* A 16-year-old girl was in custody on suspicion of stealing clothing from Macy's, 3049 William St.

* Berry A. Tyler, 51, homeless, was arrested on a Paducah, Ky., warrant for failure to appear for public intoxication.

* Justin D. J. Laws, 31, 419 North St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for a probation violation for passing bad checks.

* Robert E. Simmons Jr., 30, 1112 Hidden Ridge, was arrested on a parole violation.

* Assault was reported.

* Domestic assault, burglary and stealing were reported.

Thefts

* Identify theft was reported.

* DVDs were reported stolen at Sam's Club, 232 Shirley Drive.
