The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* James D. Rivette, 26, 652 S. Spring St., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no taillights.

Arrests

* A 16-year-old boy was placed in custody for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Douglas N. Gordon, 28, 423 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Thefts

* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported a theft of fuel.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at Middle Street and Washington Avenue.

* A license plate renewal tab was reported stolen in the Cape Girardeau area.

Property damage

* A windshield was reported broken at the 101 mile marker of Interstate 55.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following item.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 2300 block of South Farmington Road.

Southeast Missouri State University

Southeast Missouri State University department of Public Safety released the following item.

* An iPod was reported stolen at Kent Library.
