Arrests
- Rose M. White, 56, 522 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for unlawful use of a weapon.
- Fidel K. Ancira, 38, 3029 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
- Two 15-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of truancy.
- A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
Summonses
- Devree Flint, 27, 319 Park Drive, No. 183, received a summons for prohibited acts, noise violation.
- Tonya R. Thompson, 35, 720 S. Pacific St., received a summons for a leash law violation.

Thefts
- A wallet and two purses were reported stolen at 161 West Drive. A vehicle window was reported broken in the incident.
- Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive, reported a theft. Amanda S. Vails, 17, of Morehouse, Mo., Brittany M. Russom, 17, of Sikeston, Mo. and Morgan L. McCall, 17, of Sikeston, Mo., received a summons in connection with the complaint.
- A cell phone was reported stolen at 1000 Ranney Ave.
- A cell phone was reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.
- Smokers Outlet, 2116 Wiliam St, reported a theft of cigars, tobacco and a cigarette rolling machine.
- A gun and wheel hitch were reported stolen at 1437 N. Main St.
- Flowers were reported stolen at 226 N. Sunset Blvd.
- A CD player and DVR were reported stolen at 212 S. Lorimier St.
- A computer bag and computer were reported stolen at Arena Park.
- A wallet was reported stolen at 325 N. Sprigg St.
- Shell D-Mart, 3414 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
- A purse was reported stolen at 1751 Independence St.
- Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported a failure to return rental property.
Property damage
- A mailbox was reported damaged at 522 S. Ellis St.
- The city of Cape Girardeau reported an overpass by a walking trail at Bloomfield Road and Kingshighway was damaged.
- The city of Cape Girardeau reported an overpass by a walking trail at Independence and Broadview streets was damaged.
- Property damage and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.
Miscellaneous
- Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
- A 41-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
Jackson

- Jason D. Fornkohl, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
