* Jonathan M. Schultz, 25, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warants for failure to appear for improper registration and a seat-belt violation.
* Richard L. Jenkins, 23, of St. Louis was arrested by the Malden, Mo., police department on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for false declaration.
* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of child molestation.
* A 15-yeard-old boy was cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.
* A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for stealing.

* Sheila Wren, 44, 1000 S. Ellis St., received a summons for harassing phone calls.

* Melissa R. Broyles, 39, of Scott City received a summons for stealing.
* Heather M. Minner, 30, 1015 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported two thefts of gasoline.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 416 Morgan Oak St.
* A satellite radio receiver and iPod-to-cassette converter were reported stolen at 1730 Grandview Drive.
* Precision Granite and Marble, 1020 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of money.
* Rhodes 101 reported a theft of fuel.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 2145 Independence St.
Property damage
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 2237 W. Cape Rock Drive.
* Property damage was reported at 220 N. Fountain St.

* Money Time Pawn, 2112 Broadway, reported a forgery.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.
