The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Karl O. Honaas, 718 North St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene and failure to drive on right half of roadway.
* A subject is in custody pending charges for forgery.
* A subject is in custody pending charges for violating an order of protection.
* Sola Depree Jr., 47, 1019 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for resisting arrest and failure to appear for stealing.
* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
* Toria W. Lawrence, 25, 230 Mill St., was issued a summons for noise violation.
* Lucas T. Neal, 20, 2217 Kent Drive, was issued a summons for noise violation.
* An assault was reported.
* Two domestic assaults were reported.
* A cell phone charger was reported stolen at 525 S. Sprigg St.
* A vehicle was reported damaged and a window broken at 221 N. Fountain St.
* House of Games and The Cut Barbershop, 621 Good Hope St., reported an accidental fire.
* Harassment was reported.
* A 22-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Jim R. Carroll, 32, of Springfield, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.
* Dustin W. Smith, 18, of Blodgett, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* William R. Elder, 18, of Humboldt, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* Four 15-year olds were cited into juvenile court for being minors in possession of alcohol.
* A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court for being minor in possession alcohol.
* Brandon S. Blagg, 18, 1230 Main St., was arrested on suspicion of allowing dog to run at large, affray and disturbing the peace.
* Kaylee D. Bradley, 17, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace, affray and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Sara B. Lanham of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace, affray and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court for disturbing the peace.
* A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A theft was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
