Police report 5/20/07

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Jordan K. Cracraft, 20, of 1106 Dorothy St. was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, making an improper turn and a stop sign violation.

Arrests

• Victoria M. Johnson, 17, of 901 East Poplar St., Thebes, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Matthew W. Loyd, 21, of 105 N. Clark Ave., No. 307, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation, a Scott County warrant for failure to appear and two Stoddard County warrants for failure to appear.
• Pervis J. Boyd IV, 24, of 426 S. Hanover St. was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
• Joseph L. Boschert, 51, of 319 Park Drive, No. 13, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
• Herman D. Adams, 33, of 804 S. Pacific St. was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court, for no insurance and driving while intoxicated.

Summons

• Charles E. Nichols Jr., 27, of 826 S. West End Blvd. was issued a summons on suspicion of committing prohibited acts.

Thefts

• RGC properties reported stealing at 611 Mechaw Drive.
• Rhodes 101 reported gas stolen at 1126 N. Sprigg St.
• Rhodes 101 reported gas stolen at 1624 N. Kingshighway.
• Mollie's Cafe and Bar reported an attempted burglary.
• Annie Lauries Antiques, 536 Broadway, reported stolen jewelry.

Assault

• A domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

• A vehicle's roof was reported damaged at 601 North St.
• Property damage and burglary were reported.

Summonses

• Joseph M. Thiele, 20, of 913 S. Hope St., was issued summonses for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
• Brittany N. Thomas, 18, of 913 S. Hope St., was issued summonses for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
• Lori J. Blattner, 44, of 1832 Scott St., Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Terry W. McCanless, 53, of 10481 Route D, Oak Ridge, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• David L. Rhoda, 17, of 118 W. Davidson St., Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
• Sean M. Winstead, 27, of 101 N. Ellis St., rear, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Brent L. Balsman, 20, of 822 Eagle Drive, Jackson, was issued summonses for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Ashley E. Hoffman, 24 of 2444 York Drive, Jackson, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Theft

• Report of a theft in the 3300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

• Damage to a fence reported in the 5200 block of Old Cape Road.
• Damage to a garage door reported in the 3000 block of Old Cape Road.
• Vehicles reported egged in the 100 block of Tracy Street.
• Report of property damage in the 5200 block of Old Cape Road.
