  • Casey Jo Moser, 22, 116 N. Spring Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault and resisting arrest.

Summonses

  • John Summers, 39, of Carbondale, Ill., received a summons for property damage.
  • Stephen Dewayne Flye, 35, received a summons for prohibited acts, noise violation.
