Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Shanda L. Underwood, 34, 120 Adaya Court, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident at North Kingshighway and Mount Auburn Road.

Arrests

* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault and property damage.

* Two 15-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for forgery and false impersonation.

* Susanna J. Johnston, 44, 160 W. Forrester Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Travis L. Dippold, 26, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of robbery and felonious restraint.

* Robert L. Moseby, 34, 605 Themis St., was arrested on a parole and probation violation.

* Jerry G. Hamm Jr., 35, of Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.

* Michael E. Green, 32, 1116 S. Ellis St., was arrested on three Shannon County warrants for failure to appear for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and possession of marijuana.

Summonses

* Rita P. Berry, 53, 4 Brenda Lane, received a summons for a leash law violation.

* Cara R. Diaz, 38, of Las Vegas, received a summons for nuisance sanitation.

* Michael E. Green, 32, 1116 S. Ellis St., received a summons for prohibited acts, false declaration.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 1020 N. Kingshighway. Panes of glass were reported damaged in the break-in.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported two separate instances of theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Huck's, 353 S. Kings-highway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported a theft of clothing and household goods. Two subjects were in custody pending filing of formal charges in connection with the complaint.

* A camera was reported stolen at 1340 Wayne St.

Miscellaneous

* Taco Bell reported an incident of counterfeiting.

* Interference with custody was reported.

* Impersonating a law enforcement officer was reported.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1000 block of Hope Street.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of East Main Street.

* A fireworks violation was reported in the 200 block of North Lacey Street.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following items were released by the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety.

Assault

* An assault was reported.
