The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jennifer M. Renaud, 30, 329 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Anwar M. Douglas Jr., 21, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Sarah M. McFall, 26, 909 Hickory St., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to return to confinement.

* Jeffrey M. Bogan, 25, 415 Bellevue St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* A female was in custody pending the filing of formal charges of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* A 14-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of stealing glasses from Claire's, 3049 William St.

Summonses

* Joey D. Weaver, 25, 1034 Village Lane, received summonses for property damage and assault.

* Amanda D. Stacy, 22, 203 Hilldale Circle, received a summons for property damage.

Assaults

* Domestic assault and felonious restraint was reported.

Thefts

* Clippers, an MP3 player and perfume were reported stolen at Themis and North Fountain streets.

* A license plate was reported stolen.

* A LG cell phone was reported stolen at Normal Avenue and Alta Vista Drive.

* A Sirius satellite radio was reported stolen at 375 N. Park Ave.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* Money and a knife were reported stolen at 239 N. Middle St.

Burglary

* Clothing and video games were reported taken from 13 N. Pacific St.

* A television was reported taken at 905 Hickory St.

Miscellaneous

* A Social Security card was reported lost.

* Harassment was reported.

* Statutory sodomy was reported.

* A 31-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
