The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests:

Terry Duane Rucker, 19, of 200 S. Spanish, Cape Girardeau was arrested Thursday on city warrants for failure to appear to pay fines for seven traffic offenses; on a Phelps County warrant for robbery; and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a weapons offense.

Albert J. Suitt, II, 19, 528 Broadway, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a city warrant for failure to appear for false declaration.

Patricia L. Wilson, 43, 306 N. Adams, Osceola, Ark., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing from J.C. Penney, 200 Westfield Shoppingtown West Park.

Tiwana Marie Donahue, 49, 322 Merriwether, Cape Girardeau was arrested Thursday on suspicion of property damage.Burglary/Attempted Burglary:

A window was broken out, a door damaged and money was taken Thursday from Carrington House, 289 S. Broadview.

A ceiling tile, air unit flashing, and door alarm were damaged Thursday at Hancock Fabrics, 210 Silver Springs Road. Nothing was reported taken.

An air conditioning duct and window were damaged Thursday at Affordable Dentures, 22439 Bloomfield. Nothing was reported taken.

Telephone lines were cut, an air vent dented, a cable line and Internet line were cut at Rust & Martin, 2502 Tanner Thursday.

A Sony playstation, DVD, games and a frozen rabbit were reported stolen from a house burglarized at 417 N. Frederick Thursday.

Theft: A phone charger was reported stolen Thursday from 142 Lorimier.

Property Damage: A windshield was reported cracked Thursday at 505 Washington.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest:

Clint Estraca, 21, 119 S. Farmington, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and peace disturbance.

Theft:

A theft was reported Thursday in the 2800 block of Sappington Dr.

Property damage:

Property damage was reported Thursday in the 1700 block of Donna Lynn Drive.

Cape Girardeau County Sheriff

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Steven G. Michelson, 40, Jackson was arrested March 27 on suspicion of DWI.

Robert D. Salvatore, Jr., 18, of Jackson was arrested March 27 on suspicion of DWI.

Adam W. Gaspard, 34, of Whitewater, was arrested March 27 on suspicion of DWI.

Steven C. Wilkerson, 24, of Jackson, was arrested April 1 on suspicion of DWI.

Arrests:

Brian L. Popp, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested March 26 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of passing bad checks.

William T. Moyers, 27, was arrested March 26 on a warrant for probation-parole violation.

Walter L. Bowden, 51, was arrested March 27 on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear.

Herbert S. Williams, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested March 27 on a Cape Girardeau county warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of stealing.

Lois D. Cunningham, 33, of Jackson was arrested March 28 on a warrant for failure to appear on an original traffic charge.

Edward B. Pierce, 48, of Cape Girardeau was arrested March 29, on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of DWI.
