The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Kyle T. Birk, 19, 2038 Beth St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Melanie A. Swift, 20, 169 N. Lake Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and driving with one headlight.

Corey D. Jarrett, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant.

Nicholas R. Beck, 24, of Jackson was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for seat belt, possession of alcohol by a minor and failure to appear.

Two boys, ages 15 and 16, were cited into juvenile court for fighting.

Pierce L. Mason, 29, 841 Rodney Vista Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

James L. Lafrentres, 48, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for traffic, a Cole County warrant for bad checks and a Scott County warrant for trespassing.

Anthony R. Brown, 20, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for suspended operator's license, no proof of insurance and prohibited acts.

Antoine Maurice Jones, 26, 1111 Cape Hills Drive, Apt. 3, was arrested on a probation parole warrant.

Summons

Mateja S. Love, 24, of Fenton, Mo., was issued a summons for littering.

Assaults

A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

A cell phone and back pack were reported stolen at 1400 S. West End Blvd.

Gift Basket Drop Shipping, 1733 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of a computer and gift cards.

A cell phone, battery and credit card were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.

Miscellaneous

Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported counterfeit bills.

A 24-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

A 26-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Thefts

A theft was reported on Cascade Drive.

A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Vale Drive.

Property damage

Property damage was reported at East Main Street and South Shawnee Boulevard.
