The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Eric M. Berry, 31, of Scott City, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court, a Scott County warrant for probation violation, a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Sean P. Pederson, 37, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant for probation violation for tampering.
* Andre T. Bailey, 22, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle with less than two headlights.
* Bi-State Southern, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.
* A PlayStation 3 was reported stolen at 934 William St.
* A burglary was reported at 719 Terrace Drive. A hammer drill was reported stolen.
* A 29-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Mary F. Headrick, 31, 108 E. Adams St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within a single lane.
* Billy R. Chambers, 30, of Shawneetown, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Amanda D. Holshouser, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Brian K. Huckstep, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
* Sean T. Moyer, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Victoria A. Welker, 25, 425 East Lane, was arrested on suspicion of fighting in public.
* William S. Claussen, 24, 425 East Lane, was arrested on suspicion of fighting in public.
* Crystal G. Streiler, 32, of Millersville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of fighting in public.
* Robert T. Alverado, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of fighting in public.
* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
* A dog was reported stolen on North Farmington Road.
* Fraud was reported in the 800 block of Dorothy Drive.
* Fraud was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Harassment was reported in the 800 block of Dorothy Drive.
