The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Ryan B. Jones, 33, 154 S. Minnesota Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Nichole L. Daniels, 28, 36 Pind Wood Lane, Apt. 1N, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Brandon A. Harris, 25, 2902 Bernice St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
• Miguel D. Phillips, 40, 827 Elm St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for no operator's license.
• Patricia D. Cody, 19, 2837 Themis St., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for hand and mechanical signals, suspended operator's license, possession of a controlled substance and possession of alcohol by a minor.
• A suspect is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of burglary.

• Kevin J. Haver, 19, 545 S. Hanover St., received a summons on suspicion of having an animal at large.

• A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

• Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported the theft of gasoline.
• Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported the theft of clothing and cosmetics. Jasmine A. Turner, 21, 551 S. Spring Ave. Apt. B, and Dominique D. Williams, 22, 925 S. Ellis St., were arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.
• The Humane Society of Southeast Missouri, 2536 Boutin Drive, reported the theft of a dog, a male shepherd and chow mix.
• A vehicle window was reported broken and a bag was reported stolen at 3261 William St.
• A vehicle window was reported broken and a purse was reported stolen at 3276 William St.
• Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft. Brenda J. Anderson, 44, and Autum C. Anderson, 19, both of 4607 County Road 621, were arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

• A 35-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 61-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• An illegal burn was reported at 138 Garden Lane. Steve G. Ross, 47, received a summons in connection with the complaint.
• Harassing phone calls were reported.
• A suspect is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of resisting arrest and possession of crack cocaine.
