Arrests

  • Ryan B. Jones, 33, 154 S. Minnesota Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Nichole L. Daniels, 28, 36 Pind Wood Lane, Apt. 1N, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Brandon A. Harris, 25, 2902 Bernice St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
  • Miguel D. Phillips, 40, 827 Elm St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for no operator's license.
  • Patricia D. Cody, 19, 2837 Themis St., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for hand and mechanical signals, suspended operator's license, possession of a controlled substance and possession of alcohol by a minor.
  • A suspect is in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of burglary.

  • Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported the theft of clothing and cosmetics. Jasmine A. Turner, 21, 551 S. Spring Ave. Apt. B, and Dominique D. Williams, 22, 925 S. Ellis St., were arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.
