  • Susan M. Lowe, 32, 426 Bellevue St., No. 5, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.
  • Troy R. Green, 35, 1607 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges of burglary and stealing.
  • Clarence E. Matthews, 51, 2842 Independence St., No. 13, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for no proof of insurance and on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for a flashing red light violation and resisting or interfering with an arrest.

  • A burglary was reported at 3007 Wisteria Drive. A tool set, CDs and a CD player were reported stolen in the break-in.

  • Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of Rhodes 101 Advantage Card points. Justin B. Stone, 21,1224 William St., Gail A. Leppa, 24, 708 S. Ellis St., Phillip M. McHughs, 26, of Thebes, Ill., and Jason L. Reed, 34, 529 Oak Hill Road in Jackson, received summonses in connection with the incident.
  • Purcell Tires, 2155 William St., reported a theft of tires and tire parts by deception.
  • Puppies were reported stolen at 1704 Brink St.
  • Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A black Ford F-150 pickup truck was reported stolen at 33 S. Henderson Ave.
  • A license plate was reported stolen at 654 S. Sprigg St.
  • Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft. Jacqueline A. Tedder, 31, 1953 David St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing in the incident.
  • Money was reported stolen at 3439 William St.
