The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Alexandra A. Barron, 21, of Creve Coeur, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Theft
* A theft was reported at 1933 Delwin St., Apt. 1.
Miscellaneous
* A harassment incident was reported.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.
Summons
* Earl T. Young II, 25, 2568 Lisa Drive, received a summons for possession of marijuana less than 35 grams.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported in the 1200 block of Kimbeland Drive.
Miscellaneous
* Property damage was reported in the area of Veterans Memorial Drive.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.
