The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrest do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Stephen R. Johnson, 26, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Tammy A. Bennett, 45, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of tampering, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Barry J. Bounds, 23, of St. Louis was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for property damage, suspended operator's license, seat-belt violation and failure to appear for probation violation.
  • Jamie H. Parker, 19, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
  • Leo N. Kramer, 64, of Harvey, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
  • Joseph D. Holder, 31, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

  • Denzel T. Smith, 18, 2040 Broadway, was issued a summons for prohibited acts: noise control.
  • Zachary W. Baltzell, 18, of McClure, Ill., was issued a summons for prohibited acts: noise control.
  • D'Andre L. McClellon, 30, 428 Pearl St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts: noise control and driving while suspended.
  • Stacy M. Peters, 22, and Eric S. Seiler, 21, both of Marble Hill, Mo., were issued summonses for open container of alcohol in public.
  • A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for possession of cocaine.
  • Toni D. Crabtree, 23, P.O. Box 411, was issued a summons for assault.

Assault

  • A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

  • Bicycles and clothing were reported stolen at 907 S. Ellis St.
  • Theft of a credit device was reported at 1000 South Silver Springs Road. A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the incident.
  • Dollar General, 724 Broadway, reported a theft of candy.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Burglary

  • A burglary was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

Assault

  • An assault was reported in the 100 block of Court Street.

  • Harassment was reported in the 300 block of North Bast Street.
