Thefts
- Macy's, 3049 William St., reported the theft of a watch. A juvenile was taken into custody in connection with the incident.
- Claire's Boutique, 3049 William St., reported the theft of several pieces of jewelry. A juvenile was taken into custody in connection with the incident.
- A cell phone was reported stolen from 1200 S. Ellis St.
- Target, 202 Siemers St., reported the theft of miscellaneous CDs, DVDs and video games. A subject was taken into custody in connection with the incident.
- Cash, credit cards and a cell phone were reported stolen from 211 Saint Francis Drive.
Miscellaneous
- A 26-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
- A 53-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
- A man, age unknown, was taken into protective custody.
- Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
- A dog bite was reported.
- Identity theft was reported.
- Three harassment incidents were reported.
- A vehicle was reported damaged at Themis and Water streets.
- FRG Mechanical, 620 Commercial St., reported damaged padlocks.
- Car tires were reported damaged at 847 N. Cape Rock Drive.
- A forgery was reported.

Jackson
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
- Paul A. Winebarger, 55, of Montgomery, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Summonses
- Jennifer D. Maroscher, 28, 1590 Donna Lynn Drive, received a summons for a seatbelt violation.
- Dylan C. McDonald, 17, 752 Wedge Lane, received a summons for improper turn.
- Rebekah E. Clary, 18, 1074 N. Frederick St., Cape Girardeau, received a summons for suspicion of stealing.
- Aris Brown, 19, 2234 Silver Campine Lane, Cape Girardeau, received a summons for suspicion of property damage.

- A theft was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
