Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Ruben D. Navarro, 20, 510 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Summonses

* Clifford Melvin Sullivan, 1403 Bloomfield St., received a summons for striking a parked vehicle on Route K.

* Linda Leonarda Belcher, 61, of Hillsboro, Mo., received a summons for failing to maintain property free of trash and litter.

Thefts

* Macy's, 3049 William St., reported clothing stolen. Subjects are in custody pending formal charges.

Property damage

* A vehicle radio antenna was reported damaged at 623 S. Silver Springs Road.

* A vehicle was reported scratched at 232 Shirley Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Interference with custody was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
