Arrests

* Chance G. Breese, 19, 118 Tree Lane, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing.

* Lillie A. Dry, 42, 224 Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Lorie M. Blalock, 19, 316 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for identity theft.

Summonses

* Timothy J. Kilhafner, 29, 2830 Independence St., received a summons for a peace disturbance.

Assaults

* A domestic assault and a stolen motor vehicle were reported.

Thefts

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 813 S. Sprigg St.

* A Nintendo and games were reported stolen at 325 N. Sprigg St.

Burglary

* Erlbacher Gear and Machine Works, 425 Good Hope St., reported a laptop and its case stolen.

* Keys were reported stolen at First General Baptist Church, 1812 Cape LaCroix Road.

* Parkwood Manor, 325 N. Sprigg St., reported a television, DVD player and DVDs stolen.

Property damage

* An ATM machine was reported damaged at 1800 Cape LaCroix Road.

* A vehicle was reported scratched at 2564 Lisa Drive.

* A garage door was reported damaged at 1006 Dearmore Court.

MIscellaneous

* A 29-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Patronizing prostitution and assault were reported.
