The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Dustin Matthew Martin, 18, address unknown, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
* A subject was released pending formal charges of theft and possession of a controlled substance.
* Garmeisha D'Lynn Terry, 23, 722 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for forgery and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for a peace disturbance.
* Galen Lamar Osborne, 19, 1122 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on contempt of court for escaping from custody.
* Herschael West Tanksley, 21, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation, a Sikeston, Mo., for contempt of court for a traffic offense and a Cape Girardeau warrant for two counts of failure to appear for contempt of court.
* Janice Jennice Houston, 37, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud and insufficient funds.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of false declaration.
* Michaela R. Brook, 17, of Corinth, Miss., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Dominique L. Perry, 18, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Edward E. Sutton, 29, 1004 Maple St., was arrested on suspicion of three counts of failure to appear for contempt of court.
* Sarah Diane Wright, 20, 820 S. Pacific St., received a summons for a leash-law violation.
* Elizabeth A. Smucker, 56, 905 N. Missouri Ave., received a summons for a leash-law and city license violation.
* Theodoe A. Staggs, 20, 905 N. Missouri Ave., received a summons for a leash-law violation.
* Jonathan G. Marshall, 33, 1927 N. Kingshighway, received a summons for failure to maintain a nuisance.
* James K. Avery, 44, 1217 N. Water St., received a summons for a leash-law violation.
* A domestic assault was reported.
* An assault was reported.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Identify theft was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* A robbery was reported.
* A storm window was reported damaged at 930 Jefferson Ave.
* An 18-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
* An animal bite was reported at 2402 Masters Drive.
