DWI

  • Kasey E. Koenegstein, 24, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and suspended operator's license.

Arrests

  • Kassie R. Perry, 31, 921 William St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Andrew J. O'Neal, 25, 103 N. Clark Ave. Apt. 204, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Craig E. Wells, 49, 211 S. Lake St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for endangering child welfare.
  • Bryan K. Reid, 26, 1806 William St., was arrested on suspicion of theft.
  • Craig M. Perkins, 37, of Howardville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Devin W. Sutterer, 21, 203 Hillvale Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, assault on a law enforcement officer and property damage.
  • Kenneth Brazel, 46, 529 Albert St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for operating motor vehicles with a revoked license and no license-plate light.

Summonses

  • Monica R. Criddle, 23, 723 N. West End Blvd., Tammy T. Davis, 18, 431 S. West End Blvd., and a juvenile were issued summonses for peace disturbances.
  • Larkin L. Shavers, 27, 711 Penny Ave., was issued a summons for assault.
  • Sharonica Bingham, 18, 1201 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for assault.

Thefts

  • Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel.
  • Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported theft of fuel.

  • Property damage was reported in the 700 block of Jackson Trail.

  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the area of Morgan and Oak streets.
