DWI

* Bradford J. Woods, 39, 822 Linden St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and an open container violation.

Arrests

* Shawnta M. Gill, 30, 20 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of heroin.

* Tammy M. Wallace, 42, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Angel C. Johnson, 21, and Kellie E. Hearndon, 22, both of 810 Illinois St., and Keiasha L. Ferguson, 22, of St. Louis were arrested on suspicion of stealing alcohol, sunglasses and clothing accessories at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Venessa K. Oliphant, 17, of Jackson and Kayla M. Lawrence, 18, 3035 Themis St., Apt. D, were arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Nicole L. Ford, 21, and Staci N. Vancil, 24, both of Bernie, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of stealing miscellaneous items at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Jesse R. Zoph, 20, 1432 Price Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* Kenny R. Reeves, 26, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a suspended driver's license.

Summonses

* Miah S. Terry, 29, 1105 Ranney Ave., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash, limbs and brush.

* Donald K. Robinson, 28, 2849 Themis St., Apt. A4, received a summons for prohibited acts (noise).

* Elizabeth Butler, 59, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for littering on private property.

* Shirley A. Hull, 57, 1330 Village Drive, received a summons for indecent exposure and property damage.

Assaults

* Assault and property damage was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported, and a suspect was in custody pending formal charges.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at 806 Themis St.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of clothing,

* Antique marbles were reported stolen at 2731 Thomas St.

* A television and money were reported stolen at 827 Jefferson Ave. A subject was in custody pending formal charges.

* Clothing and a purse were reported stolen at 511 N. Kingshighway.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 631 Themis St.

* A burglary was reported at 900 Themis St.

* A 20-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A forgery was reported.

* A 45-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Levi R. Horman, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Dustin M. Miller, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Kara L. Moneyhun, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Tyrone E. Wade, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Melanie A. Warren, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Summer L. Harris, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second degree domestic assault.

* Nichole M. Overbey, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

* Lacey R. Balsman, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Jared S. Lane, 18, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Evan D. Tillman, 17, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.

* Clifton S. Illers, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Perry County warrant for operating a motor carrier vehicle exceeding weight limits and operating a carrier vehicle on tires with exposed fabric.
