  • Michelle E. Williams, 26, 1400 S. West End Blvd. No. 71, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for false declaration.
  • Leander West Jr. 21, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of false declaration and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
  • Joseph H. Boyer, 56, 1121 Good Hope St., was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for driving under the influence.
  • Nichele J. Turner, 20, of Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for assault.
  • Darrell M. Isaac, 24, 122 S. Bellevue St., No. 6, Jackson, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for suspended operators license and contempt of court for failure to pay fine for delivery of concealment of contraband.
  • Samuel L. Preastly III, 34, 630 Broadridge Drive, Jackson, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for failure to appear for seat-belt violation.
  • Tyrell J. Howard, 22, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 211, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no license.
  • Jared C. Toney, 29, 333 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

  • Nichele Turner, 20, 122 S. Bellevue St., No. 6, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption and on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
  • Darrell Isaac, 24, 122 S. Bellevue St., No. 6, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
  • Tommy C. Rowe, 20, 406 Sheridan Drive, Apt. F, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for driving with a suspended license.

Summonses

  • Jesse D. Castro, 17, of Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Kimberly D. Curry, 36, 211 N. Russell St., received a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.
