Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Ronald G. Tinnin, 47, 221 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* Galen L. Osborne, 19, 1122 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for property damage and on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for larceny.

* Clarence E. Geiger, 21, 103 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for possession of marijuana.

* Maysi Ann Dougherty, 17, 1151 County Road 651, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and stealing from Macy's.

* A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and stealing from Macy's.

Summonses

* William E. Hughey, 58, 1510 Vickie St., received a summons for assault.

* Jody Robert Geiser, 40, 807 N. Sprigg St., received a summons for violation of placing signs in the city/state right of way.

Assault

* An assault, armed criminal action and possession of an imitation controlled drug were reported.

Thefts

* Identify theft was reported.

* Mobile One, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A television was reported stolen at 1424 Willam St., Apt. 1.

Property damage

* Wooden fencing was reported damaged at 127 S. West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous

* A 25-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
